If we would say “About us”, so… My name is Prakashkumar Bagul. I am from Gujarat state in India. I have completed my graduation degree from “Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Open University” in Gandhinagar district of State Gujarat.

I’ve had a strong interest in health and wellbeing since I was in school and college. During my time in college, this desire brought me a wonderful opportunity when I was fortunate enough to be hired as a yoga instructor for a few days during a special event. For me, those were genuinely happy and unforgettable times.
I got the opportunity to instruct pupils in some basic yet effective Pranayama and Yoga Asana practices during that period. I also gave them an explanation of the wonderful physical and mental health advantages of regular yoga practice. The joy I experienced while imparting this knowledge remained with me and gave me further motivation.

I wish to carry on that path by giving you access to the same important knowledge through my blog. In order for everyone to comprehend and begin incorporating yoga and pranayama into their daily lives for a better, happier future, I want to succinctly and clearly outline the advantages of these practices.
